The History of International 1 (Part 2)

The following is by DillonCail, not Cyberstorm. You can find the full post here
Part 1

The Heilige Allianz was a very strong alliance as I was progressing through the game. PanosKanos was their leader and very well-respected by his members. Eventually PanosKnows would join with Royalty as Royalty Knights. Royalty changed shortly after to STEEL and PanosKanos followed with his teams. The Heilige Allianz, I would say, ended with the departure of PanosKanos and his teams, though some remnants of inactive players and divisions remained for quite some time. I believe Heilige Allianz at its peak had 17 or 18 divisions. PanosKanos had a could not agree with Habdo (one of the leaders of STEEL) and broke off with his divisions to form a new alliance. I can’t remember exactly what he named it initially but within a day, they had changed their named to Bad Boys. In any event, the Heilige Allianz pretty much was retired when PanosKanos and company left.

Bad Boys: PanosKanos immediately sought a pact with Sparta upon creating Bad Boys (I accepted) and Bad Boys grew at a very rapid pace, enticing other players with much more freedom to attack outside of war. Bad Boys in the early stages spent much time trying to recruit strong players in strong alliances to come to Bad Boys. Bad Boys is considered by many to be one of the more aggressive alliances in the game. As Bad Boys gained power, they began attacking smaller alliances. As written above, BB declared war on STEEL at one point. They were initially losing. After forming the Hells Boys coalition, they eventually won the war and BB went on to have continued success in the game. Bad Boys has been involved in every big war since, and has neither won nor lost in this new age of wars where the general perception is that both sides can only lose. PanosKanos was leader of BB, but also when creating BB he also made Coolvag and Trex600pro leaders alongside him. Though their leaders and myself were seemingly always on opposite sides and with opposite perspectives, these 3 always maintained a fine level of respect and courtesy with me.

Hells Warriors already existed when I had joined the game in December of 2011 and I am not entirely sure who founded them but do know Bouncer was a very influential player and a great guy inside HW for a long time. The clear leader at that time was a player formerly named Occasus-Mundi, who would later change to Imperator-Mundi. Under his leadership, HW would grow and become one of the oldest and most powerful alliances in the game. Throughout its history, HW has been involved in many wars and I would consider them to be one of the more active and aggressive alliances in the history of the game. However, what HW is most known for is joining into the HB coalition and fighting against STEEL with BB.
Bouncer joined with other players (Darkfighter, Jay Man, Voits, Migrantworker, Havefun300, then newbie DillonCail, and a couple of others in the first big coalition ever formed in International 1 “The Council of Elders”). The council later fell apart due to fear of the Invictus alliance and players inside the coalition who were were quick to give private information to the Invictus leadership. Imperator-Mundi retired sometime during the first great war (STEEL vs. HB) or shortly after and eventually Hammerburg and sowhat057 emerged as two good leaders. Under their rule, HW had been doing well and retaining their power, at least until I had left the game.

Invictus was the first powerful alliance to be created, as Invictus Prime. They are so old in fact, the alliance actually predates the game itself. The players had come from a different game to play this one and Invictus (in a time when nearly nobody had a dedicated website) had a beautiful website. Inside the website, Invictus had a fun chat room where players would come and communicate. A dedicated cat room was also a new idea back then, way before anyone was using skype in the game. The founder of Invictus was DragonSmolt and this player was still leading when I had joined though I never spoke to this player. Bunzy was an integral player of Invictus for a long time and the player BadGoodGod (a former moderator of GGE) also spent a long time in that alliance. FantasyWench was the Ambassador of Invictus for a while and eventually she became Grand Queen. While their were some who did not care for her, she was intelligent and took appropriate steps to secure Invictus’ safety. Personally, I found her kind and pleasant. After losing the war to STEEL, Invictus became much less aggressive and focused much more on protecting themselves from outsiders. When the Capitals came, Invictus was able to grab one and protect it against several attempts from outside alliances to capture it. Maybe a little before Christmas of 2012, FantasyWench had stepped down and Gula Ankistet (sp?) replaced her. I had only spoken with him a couple of times as I was nearing the end of my career myself, but he seemed like a really nice guy. Around this same time, TRP launched a war on Invictus to take the capital. Black~Rose was an alliance who helped Invictus fight off TRP successfully. But recently, Invictus has declared they would leave everything behind and exit the game. The alliance renamed and a few players did remain- but Invictus was now officially gone. TRP came and took the capital and the oldest and one of the most popular alliances ever to exist in the game is now without a trace.

Black~Rose is a very old alliance in the game who for a very long time possessed a considerable amount of power, though may have been the strongest just prior to their break from the HW alliance. Indeed, the B~R family used to be a branch alliance of the Hells Warriors family but when HW joined the war with BB against STEEL, B~R broke away and became independent. The only leader I knew was Destruktivo. She may have been the founder, but I do not know for sure.
